Destiny, Syantha and Herd by the Falls.

Daira stepped out from The Grey. The doorway snapped shut. Walking over to the lake lazily, she lapped at the water for a few seconds, loving the taste of the cool water in her mouth.
Sitting up, she watched the herd play.

Flight of Destiny galloped towards his herd. Before he reached them he stopped on a small bump in the ground and reared, all his strength and pure delight of being free. He galloped towards his herd as fast as his long, strong legs could carry him. He chased the foals and teased the mares.

He saw a mare named Rebecca was standing alone and watching him play. He trotted towards her. "What is wrong? Why are you not playing with us" he said, worried.
"I am due to have my foal this month" she replied. She nuzzled him affectionately. "Go back and play"
"Okay" he said and galloped off.

Daira, tiring of simply watching them, walked over to Destiny.
"How do you like it here?" She asked him. "There are other places within Cynosure, but I thought this would be the best place to begin" She swept her gaze over the lake, water fall and his herd prancing around to make her point.
She looked back at him, waiting for his reply.

(Is it ok if I make the topic in The Grey, a sticky? Just to show others how it's done and I want to ask you two for permision.)

Destiny looked down at Diara. "It is good enough here for awhile then I will explore around Cynosure" he said. "There is no humans here is there?" he asked. He eyed Syantha knowing her history with humans. He looked at Rebecca again to make sure she was still next to him. "How cold would it be?" he asked thinking of Rebecca.

(Yeah you can, its fine with me)

"There are no humans here; they cannot pass through the portal."
She looked at the mare, flaring her nostrils as she took in her scent. The mare was with child. She looked back at Destiny.
"Do not worry about the cold, your foals will survive. The coldest place is Frostcall Plain
and the mountains, so I would not recomend going there with pregnant mares in your herd."

(Ok, thank you. Just need to hear from Happy Chappy and I will make it a sticky )

Syantha chased some mares and foals. She pranced and dodged the other attacks from her playful opponents. She cantered around gracefully, her tail up high and head thrown up. She let out a ringing neigh of joy. The herd followed her call, she ran towards the water and leaped in. She heard splashing and guessed that the rest following. She took a sip of the fresh cool water and let the liquid trickle down her throat.

Daira Watched as the whole herd jumped in the water, splashing and playing with one another.
Not being one for water, she sat by the edge of the lake and looked on. she bent her head after a while to take another sip, lapping at the cool liquid with her tongue.

(sorry i have been abit busy now that school is on)

Destiny runs after them, he splashes Diara in the process. He chases one of his foals. He laughed at the squeals they made. He gets up and trots off into the woods to find a place on where his herd can sleep.

(It's ok, my exams are coming up. I know how you feel! )

Daira smiled at Destiny. She was about to splash him back, but he had already run off, so she scooped a paw into the water and threw a small amount of water a foal and laughed playfully.
Now that she was already wet, she stepped into the lake to join in the fun.

Syantha saw Diara jump in the water. She swam over and threw water on her. "Catch me if you can" she teased. She swam away from Diara, giggling. The foals quickly caught on and squealed with delight of a game. The all splashed around and started teasing Diara by coming forward them take off.

She huffed a laugh. Splashing a little, Dairs swam after them, albeit clumsily as she was not used to swimming. She chased them then tred water, pretending to look tired.

Rasha quietly escaped from the herd through a tunnel in her room. It was underground, and she didn't care much of getting dirty, but she did whatever she had to so she could leave.

As Rasha trotted away, her dad yelled for her. Knowing she was in trouble, she trotted faster.

About 30 minutes later, she arrived from the dirt. Rasha then started trotting her fastest away, and then saw a river up ahead, She saw she was about to run into a horse in the river, she stopped, tracking dirt up from the ground.

(No. And if I make it up then I should be able to choose what I want is able to happen in my herd. And this is all too confusing, so just never mind my comment. You should have explained it on your post.

Syantha crept closer to Diara. She looked very tired which made her easy bait. She tried not to laugh as she came up behind her. As soon as she was upon Diara she gently gave her a nip. She squealed loudly and took off out of the water. As she was running away she added in some pigroots as well.

Daira spun around as fast as she could in the water. Which was fairly slow, what with all that puffy fur weighing her down. She paddled playfully after Syantha, laughing, getting more and more tired with each stroke of her paws.
By the time she got to the bank of the lake, she was thourghly tired. She dragged herself out and shook out her thick fur. She then lay down and looked around at the herd.
"Would you like me to show you the forest?" She spoke with a tired voice. That swimming had really taken it out of her.

At the sound of the offer Destiny sprang out of the water. "Yes please" he said eagerly. The rest of herd followed him up. After a cold bath they were all fresh and frisky. They wanted to explore their new world with no worry about predators or rival stallions.
"Are you all right?" asked Destiny, seeing Daira looking very tired.

((sorry for the late reply. Scratch that, VERY late reply! Just started college recently and have been settling in.))

"I dont choose to swim much. I'm fine." She blinked slowly in a feline way then stood, streching out every muscle in her body. Finally on her feet, she stalked off into the forest, her tail giving a single twitch in a way one might when summoning with a finger. "This way. Though the forest is all around us."

The herd follows Diara into the strange environment, all of them feel safe with no predators to attack them. Destiny trots up to Diara and asks "Where do you live? If we need help will you come straight away? Will you hear us?" he loads her with questions.

She sighed and halted for the moment while she spoke.
"I live everywhere in these lands. Even on the barren land of Frostcall plain. If I am not here, I am also here in a sense. I know this land's secrets just as it knows mine. If it decides to tell me of an event that is happening, it is for a reason. Mostly, I travel manualy to where I wish to go, but this land has given me particularly faster methods."
She closed her eyes andflicked her tail.
"Perhaps you will better understand if I call myself Goddess. The Title is acurate as my power is the land's power. Dieties do not answer every call for help, they much prefer to let the people sort themselves out. If they rely upon us too much, then that surely will be their demise."
Opening her eyes, she looked straight at Destiney.
"I do not watch everything, but the land does. Prey that either I am watching or Cynosure informs me before you meet your fate."
Then Daira gave a small smile.
"Not to be morbid or anything. Any other questions?"

"Errr... Nope thats all" He takes a step back and turns around gathering all the mares and foals together. "Off you off Syantha in the lead"

Smiling as they gathered together, Daira waited a few moments, then set off again. She led them into the first trees of the forest.
