These rules apply directly to roleplaying on the forums:
- You must be able to describe your character properly. No descriptions like "she is red and green and blue and stripey."
- You must be able to use proper english skills. This includes, sentence structure, punctuation, etc.
- Roleplay posts cannot be only one sentence long. It must be at least one paragraph long.
- When speaking out of character, you must use this: [OOC: your message] or ((OOC: your message))
- Always leave your roleplay posts open so other users can respond.
- Never take control of someone else's character. Your character is your character and their's is their's. Their's are not your's.
- Do not make your roleplay post too radical (extreme). Try to keep it somewhat realistic.
- Thoughts should be Italic.
- Read the location description before posting, so you can be sure you know what the place is like.
- When posting in a location, start a new topic - unless you are joining another topic.
- When leaving a location, the end post must have your character travel to that area.
- At the end of an ending post (see the rule above), you must put a link to the topic that you are moving to so others can follow you if they wish.
- You may only post in one topic in one location at a time. This includes topics in the same location. Your character cannot be in two places at once.
